Fellow idiots, err Patriots (idiots is what our Congress and Senate thinks we are.) We have been had. Let's resolve that we are not had again after the 2010 election. we need to tell them that they are through if they do not listen to us. There are no safe seats in Congress or The Senate from now on. those that will not listen are through because we will not forget this time or ever.
Don't Quit writing or calling but change your message to let them know that we know that they will not listen and because they will not listen they had better line up other more honest work. Also that when they are thrown out we will investigate them to see whether there are any laws they have broken. We will turn over every stone to find every insect that ha bitten us and stomp on them with everything in our power.
Can you tell that I'm angry? Well, I've had it and I'm not going to be a nice guy any longer.
Seriously, Folks, we have been had and it may appear to be over, but it isn't. election Day 2010 is coming and it may not be pretty. to start with, consider registering for Delegate to Indiana State Republican Convention. the first day to do this is January 20 and the last day is February 19 at noon. Get these dates on your calendar. You must go to the County Clerks office in your County seat. This is one of the most important things you can do as a Conservative. The purpose of this urgent request is to pack the convention with enough strong conservatives that the same thing that took place at the 2008 convention will be unthinkable. (The business session of the convention was "gaveled" to a conclusion without even waiting go hear the voice vote let alone compare the votes.)
The leadership of the State party will remain essentially the same but we can send them a message that that kind of behavior will not be tolerated again. The issues that are debatable must have a chance to be debated.
This is what I have to say today other than I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

You may wander what happened to me.
Well, I haven't died. Just a string of busy events and happenings have kept me from bloviating. So, here goes.
Society is sometime harsh. The society we live in today is not the same as when we were younger. Why would I think otherwise? You used to leave the house unlocked. So much so that you forgot where you last saw the key. When my family once went on a 21 day vacation I decided to lock the house. I had to get new keys made.
A week ago my house, which was securely locked for the three hours that we were gone, was broken into and I had to replace my laptop computer. You all have replaced a computer sometime. It is hard enough when you have the old one to refer to. Try to remember all your little tricks that you developed on you missing computer. Luckily I had all my important files and folders backed up. Some of the programs had been downloaded from the supplier and remained on the Desktop, with no back up. When you ave to go back to the supplier and prove that you already own the rite to download, it takes more time. You know what I've been doing in all my spare time the last few days.
Now to get to the real important stuff. Congress has been up to the no good stuff that they have been up to increasingly since the first of the year and I have been discouraged at times but I come out of it with the help of my many new friends in the Michiana 9/12 Project. If you don't know about them here is their web address: http://www.michiana912.org/ . They have been a real inspiration to me. Since I joined on April 1 this organization has increased by nearly 350 members.
The ironic thing is that they are acting as if we didn't exist and we will see to it that they know we are here when election day comes. I have the strong feeling that the Tea Party and 9/12 movement will make a real difference and will be shaker for many years after I am gone from this side of the sod.
If you haven't become a member of one of these groups in your region, you should. Don't let your country down. We need numbers and your are more than a number.

Newt Gingrich shows that he doesn't have a clue.
Mark Mix of National Right to Work Committee says it the same as I feel. Here is a letter that I recieved from him.
Dear Russell,
Why is Newt Gingrich undercutting our efforts to stop Big Labor's Card Check bill?
Right to Work activists will be disturbed to learn Newt is backing an outspoken supporter of forced unionism and the union bosses in a special election for Congress next week in New York 23.
Does Mr. Gingrich really think it makes no difference whether the Republican Party is pro-worker freedom or not? Just like the final few years when he was Speaker of the House of Representatives, for Newt, it is appears it is just about power and party over principle.
You’ve probably heard some of the details by now. Opponents of forced unionism are outraged that the Republican party has nominated a candidate who is a supporter of coercive card check. Other conservative and Republican activists have their own reasons for being upset -- that the Republican nominee simply does not support positions anywhere near in line with those of rank and file, main stream Republican voters.
Of course, our concern centers around the forced unionism card check bill and Right to Work issue that simply guarantees a worker the right to decide whether they will join and support a labor union.
The most pressing issue right now though is the Card Check Forced unionism bill, S.B. 560, that is pending in the congress right now!
The bill would eliminate the secret ballot, force workers to accept mandatory binding arbitration, and give broad new power over workers to Big Labor.
The Republican nominee in New York 23, Dede Scozaffava, is simply as wrong as can be on this issue. She answered the AFLCIO’s questions by indicating her support for Card Check.
Unfortunately, that’s been a habitual pattern with Dede Scozzafava. As a New York Assemblywoman, Dede Scozzafava voted to impose binding arbitration on public employees, stripping workers of the right to vote on their own contracts.
But she didn’t stop there.
Dede Scozzafava also voted for “Card Check” to strip certain New York healthcare workers of the right to vote in a secret ballot election.
So why would any opponent of Card Check support Dede Scozaffava?
That’s a good question, and it’s exactly the question you should ask Newt Gingrich.
You see, all this year Newt Gingrich has been claiming the fight against Card Check as one of the biggest issues for his group, American Solutions. You’ve probably received emails from him asking for money to fight the card check bill.
I think it’s pretty brazen for someone to raise money to fight card check, and then endorse candidates that will go to Washington and vote for this forced unionism power grab.
But that is exactly what’s happening here.
You would think Newt Gingrich would have learned his lessons. Personal issues aside, the main reason Newt left the House after losing the support of his colleagues was simple – he tried to run issueless campaigns and supported too many so-called “Republicans” who were on the wrong side of key issues like Card Check.
After Newt felt a lot of heat from Right to Work supporters back then for failing to move a National Right to Work law, he replied that he didn’t need to hold votes on issues like Right to Work, because “We have Monica Lewinsky.” Again, party and power over principles, and that cost him the Speaker’s chair.
So I ask you today -- are you sick of politicians – even retired ones – who simply don’t back up their words with their actions?
I know I am.
So please, contact Newt Gingrich today at (202) 355-9479. Tell him to apologize for his support for Big Labor Republican Dede Scozaffava. Tell him you’re sick of So-called leaders who say one thing and then do another.
Tell him it’s about issues and principles, not whether or not the candidate has an “R” next to his or her name.
Sincerely,Mark MixPresident

HAPPY WITH JACKIE
We met several years ago when she was just another party worker in the Republican Party just like me. We were both new and had definite ideas what the Republican Party should be and we both new that the party wasn’t what we wanted it to be. Jackie and I never got especially close but when we are together I feel comfortable in saying that we are more than polite and we both work tirelessly to make the party represent our ideals, smaller government, constitutional principles and honest dealings. We both feel strongly that the Bill of Rights was meant to control the federal government and not the other way around.
I like Jackie Walorski and am encouraged that such a fine person is willing to serve my district in the U.S. Congress. Without speaking for anyone else I would like to personally endorse her Candidacy for the Nominee for U.S. Congress from the Second District of Indiana.

Folks, We've Been Snowed
To say I’m disappointed is putting it mildly. Folks we’ve been Snowed.
Why does one woman from Maine have complete control of the future of our future?
She may as well turn Democrat and then we would not be tempted to rely on her to be the least bit conservative. Of course then she would have a hard time getting reelected even in Maine.
Yesterday was a turning point in American history, when we finally learned for sure that we were expected to toe the line and let the powers in Washington call all the plays in the game of life. But, it is not a game and the consequences are real and not the least bit entertaining.
We may not be able to get to Olympia Snowe in her next election but there is the possibility of making her the least powerful Senator by electing new members to the right side of the chamber that agree with the 9/12 principles and values.
There is still hope (and I really mean real hope) of changing the scène in Washington, but it is up to us in the Patriot movement to work tirelessly to educate those around us. Do not apologize for being a Patriot. We must express ourselves openly if we are to be heard. Remember that we are really the majority and anyone who understands what is at stake is doing an almost traitorous act if he just sits back and does nothing. We can’t afford to be silent.

We Are No Longer Alone
This was my first visit to a gun show and will probably be the first of many.
I had an interesting time at the gun show this afternoon where we had a table for “We the People Michiana 9/12 Project”. There seemed to be a lot of interest in knowing what our organization was all about. There were several people who said that they were interested in becoming members and several people who were willing to just talk with us about the issues.
The latter are the ones that bother me in that they are aroused but don’t think that there is anything that can be done. They are like the frog in the beaker of water that is being gradually heated. They seam to be aware that things are not quite right but are unable to make a move to change their condition. At a gun show it is hard to find anyone who is not aware of the threat to the Second Amendment that exists in the U.S. Congress and it is easy to strike up a conversation about the threat to the whole Constitution.
I talked to one man who said that he thought that the only answer was through armed rebellion. Let us all pray that he is wrong, but it is easy to see why there are more gun sales this year than any time in history.
One of the venders nearby was heard saying that he would have to find more merchandise or he wouldn’t be returning tomorrow. Sales were that brisk.
My thoughts as I left the show were “We must as patriots exert every effort to recruit every patriot and gain a real majority voice without being a threat to security. We must never quit. We have strength only through numbers. Make sure that you express this whenever you are talking to a prospect. We don’t ask for their money but only their attendance at our events especially at rallies. We are no longer alone.
